Shipping (UK-wide)

Express delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (remote areas may take slightly longer).

Dispatch time: Orders placed Mon–Fri ship within 24 hours.

Tracking: We email your tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse (allow 6–12 hours for scans to appear).

Address issues: Tell us before dispatch if you need to change the address. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non-collection, a re-shipping fee applies.

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Faulty, damaged, or not as described: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. Keep all original packaging and accessories. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Costs: If the item is confirmed faulty or damaged on arrival, we cover reasonable return shipping. Otherwise, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Hygiene note: For in-ear products, we can only accept returns if the product is faulty. Processing: Once received, inspections are completed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
